Tattoo Design License

DIGITAL DOWNLOAD (License and photo will be emailed at my earliest convenience) NO physical product will ship

Purchasing this license will allow you to have one piece of my artwork for PERSONAL USE ONLY to be tattooed on your body. Any other bodies that will be tattooed with my artwork will also need to obtain their own license. This is for the person who has signed the terms of agreement contract only. Multiple tattoos = multiple licenses.

A photograph of the piece being tattooed will be sent to your email for the tattoo artist to use. Your tattoo artist will need to take liberties to size the piece accordingly, and make sure it translates well with their medium. Most my florals I only have the full color design photograph but a few I have line art for Black Tattoos so reach out if you're wanting to know!

The tattoo artist needs to credit me as the original creator of the artwork or design in any social media post, publication, or anything of the nature. And likewise any of my social media shares of tattoo will credit the tattoo artist.

This license is not giving you permission to modify my artwork for any purpose other than to be tattooed. This license does not give permission for any tattoo shop or artists to resell or utilize my designs and art in any way. 

By signing this terms of agreement you are committed to protecting my artwork and honoring it by giving me credit as the creator and assuring that it is not copied beyond personal body art. Thank you.
