Story
Half my life I dreamed of Ireland. The Emerald Isle calling to me to wander there. I finally took my dream trip in 2023 and these painting are the result!
Far Green Country is from the same area as Bay of Dreams, Murlough Bay. It's safe to say that was my favorite place in all of Northern Ireland. We wanted to get out of the bay before too dark, tiny country roads in steep terrain at night aren't my forte. The road to the beach climbs a hill and then plunges to sea level so leaving the beach we crested the hill to the loveliest sky. The Sheep who are your constant companions in Ireland were just living their best lives where heaven touches earth and widens into The Far Green Country.
