Opal's Expedition is based off a Annie Spratt photograph.
I found this picture where she shared it on unspash and immediately knew I wanted to paint it someday. It took me a while but I love it! I'd love to go on this cold sea expedition.
Fun fact! Looking through some of Annie's photos I found more of this boat leading me to find its name was "Opal".

This painting is an original, painting on Arches hot press paper.
As stated above the final artwork with the frame is size 20x24
The painting is signed in ink. The Mat is signed, plus has the date the painting for finished and the name.
You will also receive a printed card of authenticity stating this is the one original.
Limited edition prints of this painting will be made in size 11x14, and size 18x24.
