    1. What happens if I never get my letter? Sadly on very rare occasions mail gets lost. I always want you to get your letters! So definitely reach out to me at: emilietaylorart@gmail.com Timeframe: If you're US based and the envelope has not turned up within 14 business days from my ship day email me and I'll resend! Same goes for international but waiting 28 business days.
    2. I joined late and you have parks I missed but want to collect, can I get them? All past parks are listed online so you can buy a one-time-mailer to catch up or just to pick and collect your favorite parks!
    3. Can I skip a month? Maybe you don't like the upcoming park or just need to save a little one month, you can go into your subscription and pause or skip a month anytime.
    4. How do I cancel? You can cancel anytime you need either through the links in your email or on my website!
